Homemade Vanilla Extract

Oh so good.
Made another batch of vanilla extract this afternoon.
Finally got enough nerve up to by the alcohol - or Jimmy did. :)
All you do is split a few beans, add then to a mason jar filled with vodka, then wait. And shake. And wait so e more.
In about six to eight weeks, it will be rich and brown and delicious for your recipes.
